Our ANT Galio Suite is an open standards based, flexible application & middleware solution for a wide range of consumer TV platforms. We combine consultancy and engineering services with the Galio Platform and draw on our deep TV heritage to enable media driven organisations to quickly create and roll-out innovative and profitable TV services attracting new subscribers, reducing churn and increasing average revenue per user.

Why we are hiring
The market opportunity for ANT is significant with connected devices and OTT services increasingly visible and consumer demand continuing to grow. Recognising the opportunity, ANT added to its sales team at the start of the year and has successfully generated a strengthening pipeline and a number of high profile customer wins.
We now need to add ambitious and capable Technical Account Management to that team to ensure we develop our business with those customers while continuing to build qualified new business over the coming months.
Description of role
As part of the ANT team, you will work alongside other members of the Sales, Technical and Engineering teams and deliver world class Technical Account Management and Support that reinforces ANT's role as a key partner in the success of our customers. You will represent the ANT business, delivering and coordinating resources across the ANT core functions to deliver the solutions and services required to support the customer.
Working both on-site and remotely with customers and prospects, as well as with industry partners, this role will be responsible for ensuring that ANT continues to compete effectively in this competitive market by pro-actively supporting customers in pursuit of their business goals.
Key Areas of Responsibility & Accountability
Technical Sales (pre-sales), Account Management (pre-sales), Level 1 and Level 2 Support (post-sales) in the Asia region
Demonstrably understanding and solving valuable business and technical challenges for our customers
Development of productive key account relationships in target accounts and/or territory
Effective internal communication of customer demands and trends that ANT needs to track and respond to
Pro-actively managing the response of the ANT team to customer technical enquiries (pre-sales) / triage support issues (post-sales) with ANT Support team
Provide Line 1 support during Asian time zone (mainly issue clarifications into RT system)
Provide Line 2 support during Asian time zone (includes s/w builds and issue debugging)
Provide technical hand-holding to new licensees on the use of ANT Galio software (excludes actual software porting and integration work)
Create SoWs, process software release forms, create technical pre-sales packs
Support the sales team to exceed revenue and KPI goals on a quarterly, and yearly basis. Such activities might include:

Internal customer briefings
Supporting industry shows
Leading customer workshops (Only applicable while in Cambridge)
Structured management of technical resources to support pre and post sales activities

About you
You will have...:
Fluent Korean and English (English as a second language)
Working technical knowledge in JavaScript, DOM, C/C++, Linux, Make, Scripts and key browser technologies such as NSAPI, plugins and Adobe Flash.
Relevant knowledge in the fields of Middleware, Consumer Devices, Silicon Solutions or digital media solutions in TV operators
Experience of working in a similar software environment
Credibility and presence at the highest levels in the commercial and technical teams of relevant customer organisations
An aptitude for communicating complex technical solutions in terms of commercial benefit to the customer both orally and in writing
Supported sales success by leading technical resources in pursuit of new business
