Xerox Licenses ANT Galio for Screen-Based Photocopier User Interface

Cambridge, England — 3 July, 2006

ANT plc (AIM: ANTP), the market leading provider of software and solutions for the IPTV, hybrid TV and consumer electronics industries, announces that it has signed a licensing and distribution agreement to supply its ANT Galio browser to Xerox Corporation, the world’s leading document management company. The agreement will enable Xerox to incorporate ANT Galio in its products for worldwide distribution and includes a one-time licence payment and a volume-dependent royalty income stream to ANT.
