Simon Woodward - President & CEO

Simon Woodward joined ANT in 1997 as Chief Executive and is responsible for developing and executing its commercial strategy. In 2005 he led ANT to a successful public offering on the London Stock Exchange (AIM). Prior to joining ANT, Simon ran an information technology management consulting company. He has more than 25 years’ experience in a range of business disciplines, including accounting, engineering and marketing. Simon initially trained as an accountant and in 1983 joined Acorn Computer Group in the UK, where he held various senior managerial positions in R&D, marketing and business development.

Pauline Ingram - Group Finance Director

Pauline joined ANT in June 2004 and has an in-depth knowledge of the business and its customer base. In July 2007 she was appointed as Finance Director to the trading company, ANT Software, and then to Group Finance Director of ANT plc in February 2008. Pauline has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from De Montford University, Leicester and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Prior to joining ANT she has worked in a variety of different sectors including the motor trade, pharmaceutical’s, telematic’s and manufacturing.

Matthew Lobo - Commercial Operations Director

Matthew joined ANT in 2006 and is responsible for the Company’s Business Development activities worldwide. Matthew is also responsible for the Company’s Legal and HR Teams. Prior to joining ANT he held senior roles in technology companies such as Autonomy, RebusHR and Convergys. Matthew holds a MA from Cambridge University.

David Fell - Chief Technology Officer

David Fell founded ANT in 1993 and led the team that designed and implemented ANT's core technology. He was appointed CTO in September 2002. David has over 20 years' experience in software design and development programming. Prior to founding ANT, he contracted for a number of high-technology and software development companies, working on such diverse applications as audio, compilers, SCSI and ethernet, hardware validation and object-oriented office environments.

John Gooch - Engineering Director

John has over 30 years of industry experience working in a variety of high profile engineering roles. He previously spent eight years with Nortel Networks, in leading roles across a diversity of business units including the Field Operations Team, Product Management for Nortel’s Network Management Solutions and most recently as leader for Installation and Commissioning in Northern Europe. Prior to Nortel Networks, he spent five years as Network Engineering Programme Manager with BT. John believes you should promise only what you can deliver and then deliver more than you promise. He takes pride in supporting his team to enable them to realise their full potential
